Abstract

Relates to SR 2024/214, which amends section 3 of the Climate Change Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 to place a requirement on all Northern Ireland departments to ensure that the net Northern Ireland emissions account for the year 2040 is at least 77% lower than the baseline level.
