Abstract
Also known as prefabrication, offsite construction consists of any building process that isn’t performed at the installation point. This can include planning, design, fabrication and assembly. The primary benefit of incorporating offsite work into a project is time savings; structures can be built elsewhere during the pre-construction and site preparation phases.
