Relates to SR 2015/70 whose main purpose is to grant planning permission for certain classes of development. Brings together, with some necessary updating and amendment, the classes of permitted development described in Schedule 1 to the Planning (General Development) Order 1993 and subsequent amendments relating to permitted development made under the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.
