Abstract

Relates to SR 2014/137, which amend a number of definitions in accordance with Article 3 of the Waste Framework Directive (Directive 2008/98/EC) and also substitute references to the conditions of site licences for the storage or treatment of WEEE and technical requirements in relation to exemptions from waste management licensing in accordance with the Directive.
