Abstract
Comprises a letter to Chief Planning Officers reinforcing national planning policy on flood risk and identifying changes to insurance industry cover for flood risk, and the implications that this could have on housing land supply. Also includes annex containing a summary of what TAN 15 requires for highly vulnerable development (houses) to be considered acceptable.
