Abstract
Relates to the draft Public services reform (planning) (pre application consultation) (Scotland) order 2013, which amends section 35A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997. The amendment provides that the requirements contained in section 35B for preapplication consultation with communities will not apply to applications for planning permission made under section 42 of the 1997 Act.
