Abstract

Provides additional guidance over and above that contained in Section 3 of the Planning Inspectorate's Procedural Guidance (PINS 01/2009), which refers to the use of Written Representations Procedure (Part 1) (The Householder Appeals Service) for certain types of householder appeal casework.
