Abstract
Describes the Executive’s policy on land use planning for waste management and supports a planned approach to the identification of sites for waste management installations. Looks at waste infrastructure; waste streams; SEPA's planning role in waste management; sustainable waste management; development plans and waste management; assessing development proposals and development management; monitoring and implementation of waste management.
