Abstract
Seeks views on four options to improve access to the English coast and in particular, on Natural England’s recommendation for new legislation to create a coastal access corridor.

Consultation closed on 11 September 2007. No longer applicable as the Government has decided to legislate to provide access all the way round the English coast as an outcome to the consultation.
