Updates the indicators which help monitor the implementation of the England Biodiversity Strategy and the progress made since 2002.

Full report on progress under the England biodiversity strategy 2002-2006 (DEFRA, 2006). No longer applicable as new strategy released - 'Biodiversity 2020: a strategy for England's wildlife and ecosystem services' (DEFRA, 2011).
