Abstract
Introduces a revised Annex A that incorporates Interim Advice Note 27/99 (IAN 27/99) that introduced the Motorway Signal Mk 3 (MS3) and Interim Advice Note 43/02 (IAN 43/02) that clarifies but does not increase the standard of provision. Annex A is now England and Northern Ireland only.
