Abstract
Review of the available data on Millom Hitex showing that it: Can achieve a minimum texture depth of 1.5mm, Provides the minimum skid resistance expected of a 67PSV aggregate, Can be laid at a 30mm nominal thickness, Has a good deformation resistance and a high stiffness modulus and fatigue characteristic and, Will probably generate less noise than a rolled asphalt surfacing.
