Abstract

Takes account of the demand arising from the basic activities (supply and servicing, platform fabrication, oil and gas transport and storage), the findings of the Coastal Survey, and the need to site new developments in a way that makes the best use of existing labour and infrastructure, or minimises the effect of subsequent decline.
