Abstract
Produced by the DHSS/NHS Building Legislation Working Group to provide guidance to be followed for fire precautions in existing two storey houses or bungalows when owned by Health Authorities for the purpose of accommodating mentally handicapped (or mentally ill) people who are considered able to live in the community.
